When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number and celebration details you provide so the team managing Riyah’s Creations can review and respond to your request.

What is saved

Your request, its reference number, submission time and follow-up status are stored in our website database. A daily hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions. Please do not send card numbers, health information or other sensitive details.

Who can see it

Requests are available to the authorized site manager. Hosting and database providers process the information to operate this website. We do not sell inquiry information or automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Your choices

You can ask the person handling your inquiry to correct or delete your information. We retain requests while they are needed for customer follow-up and business records. Optional form fields can be left blank.

Customer chat

The automated helper answers basic questions. In FAQ mode, questions are matched to business information without calling an external AI provider. If AI mode is activated, your question and a short recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer. The chat identifies the current mode. Chat history stays in page memory and is cleared when you leave or reload. Please do not include sensitive information.
